Held on May 2, the day brought everyone together to celebrate North Ballarat and recognise some of our great eras, including:

  • 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975 Under 18 Premierships
  • 1986 Senior Premiership
  • 1996 Senior & Reserves Premierships
  • 2016 D Grade Netball Premiership
  • The Golden Eras of the 1980s & 1990s

Special Documentary Premiere

We also premiered a short documentary on the day highlighting the Golden Eras of the ’80s and ’90s.

Founded in 1882

North Ballarat Football Club was formed in 1882 and has been actively running ever since making us one of the oldest continuously running Football Clubs in Australia.


We have many opportunities for you to be involved with us including Auskick, Junior & Senior Football and Netball, Social Events and also to become a member of our fantastic Sports Club.


We have some of the best facilities in regional sports within Australia including 2 full size ovals, 2 netball courts, gym and Sports Club – not to mention we are located within Ballarat’s premier sports precinct Mars Stadium on Creswick Road.
